Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The steak tasted old and my cold cuts sandwich on had 1 PIECE of ham!! Very disappointed, will not be coming back.
Hunter was amazing! Went in about 2:15pm and he had a small line and was the only one working but BOSSED IT! No look of stress or anxiety on his face just busted out the orders and got us in and out within 5 minutes. Subs looked amazing too! First time I have ever tipped at a subway but he deserves it! The man needs a raise for real!!!
This is a really good Subway. The sandwich is always ready when ordering through the app. The servers are always friendly and fast. The tuna is never swimming in mayo. Ingredients are fresh and appetizing.
Oh man nice work. 5/5, 10/10, Livvy Dunne/Livvy Dunne. I went there after 5pm EST and everything was still fresh. The turkey rolled off another and was wet. Very disappointed I ordered a Rotisserie chicken spinach wrap they forgot the bacon and they added mustard and tomatoes when I said neither not only that look how the wrap was made!

My order was good...however, their customer service skills were lacking. I was the only customer...just trying to be friendly and I basically I would have gotten a response from the pickles easier
Very disappointed. Me and my boyfriend walked in at about 820. Got our food. They close at 9. We needed to sit down and eat so we did. We were going as fast as we could. I’m not one of those people to sit in there after they close. I know people are ready to go home. But at 830 this young guy with a buzz cut wasn’t even dressed in uniform starts mopping right next to our table. At 840 he looks at us and says “Y’all almost done?” . Really upset me. You don’t start cleaning till all of your customers are gone. Should be a rule . Not to mention they closed 15 minutes earlier than listed online as closing time. Felt like I was annoying him when I was just sitting there trying to eat as fast as I could. SHAME.
I placed an order over my mobile App the other day for 2 foot long subs at this Subway in Newtowne Shopping Center. Went into the eatery to pick up order, noticed store was very clean. The 2 ladies present were very pleasant. They asked about my order, everything was great. Went home and the Subs were absolutely Delicious ! These ladies know how to make Great Subs! Not too Much of Anything, they were Just Right! My mama and I will definitely be back, because your competition Subway near us at River Ridge puts Too Much Dressing On the Subs and makes it impossible to eat! Anyhow, We Were Very Pleased With Your Service And Your Food! Thank You For Your Kindness!
Not sure if this is a subway or an after school program. Staff looks 12 and move like they are 85. Terribly slow and don’t attempt to move any faster even with line to the door. Also it may be time to speak to the staff about gloves and handling money and food.
