I was trying to enjoy one of the wagyu burgers, however halfway through it I found a long hair in the middle of it. And upon looking there was also a long hair stuck to the outside of my bag. I'm a guy with short hair, so I know it's not mine.Food: 1/5

Terrible experience. Normally love Arby’s but this was the west fast food experience I’ve ever had. They were “out of curly fries”, one sandwich was wrong, and the chicken sliders had no cheese and instead of the normal chicken tenders that you get, they cut up a piece of their cheapest chicken and slapped it on a dry piece of bread. I guess they were out of chicken tenders too, but just didn’t bother to tell me that. Definitely not what I expect from Arby’s. At seven dollars for the cheapest meal, they should at least get it right.

Food was good. I had the new burger. It was tasty. I've never had bad food here. The staff was pleasant and efficient. My food came quickly. This is a newly refurbished location. Looks nice insideFood: 5/5

Ordered beef and cheddar to go. When I opened it up it was plain regular roast beef. It was ok but not what I was wanting.Food: 5/5

We were pleasantly surprised to walk into a clean restaurant with a high sanitation rating! The staff was small but working well together, and that has become rare!!! The manager on duty was hard working, doing her own job and making sure everyone around her could also do theirs. The young man working the register was polite and patient. The dining room was clean and so was the kitchen! I was so grateful for a positive experience!

Little hard to get in and out of if traffic is heavy on Lewisville-Clemmpns road. Once inside staff is cheerful, courteous, friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean inside service was fast and food was served hot and fresh

Used to love Arby's. The Arby's sandwich with potato cakes. Quit going since they discontinued the potato cakes and replaced with some type of fry. Everyone has fries, the potato cakes were something different.  Bye Arby's

Food was great. Not sloppy made sandwiches. All of my food was in the bag when I left also.  So they got my order for three correct.  Drive thru line was busy for a Thursday night at 5pm. That's usual at this location that time of day. Waited in line a little bit,  but order was hot and ready to eat.  Features: Indoor seating is closed at this location currently. 3-25-22.

Arby's is normally very good. Today however,  I placed an online order at 4:30 pm. The app said the order would be ready at 4:45. I arrived at 5:10. No one knew anything about it. The clerk told me that the order probably just hadn't come through yet. By this time it had almost been an hour. When asked why the app stated the order would be ready at 4:45, all I got was shrugged shoulders.  I had to wait another 15 minutes while my order was prepared. Probably will never use the app,  or Arby's for a while.
