They were incredibly unprofessional and inconsistent with their service. When I ordered a meatball sub they gave me two less meatballs, compared to the person behind me who ordered a meatball sub. Where I got 7, they got 9. I think this is because I look like an international student and they are biased against them. Do not come here if you look Asian.

The attitude of the food assistant there is so bad, very unfriendly to international students. I would never go to this place again. Actually I'm talking about a black young man with beard, I have been to this subway twice and every time I got angry in the end because of him. First time, after finished making my sandwich, he asked me ''you need just the sandwich or a meal?'' He spoke so fast that I can only hear clearly "you need just the sandwich?", so I said “yes, just the sandwich". Then he asked me again, I answered yes. Then he kept asking me "just the sandwich or a meal?", I kept answering yes. He spoke with a rhythm like a rapper. Other guys in the line are laughing. Finally, I understood what he was talking and said I just need the sandwich again. Then he stopped. I felt very angry, I thought he was making a fool of me. Second time is toady, I came to Thomlinson very late that they almost don't have any other food except subway, so I made this wrong decision. I was in the end of line, when it came to my turn, I just hesitated for 3 seconds then this bearded young man kept talking something like "why are you in the line if you haven't decided what to eat", which was very annoying. Maybe he thought we international students won't understand him, so that he dare to talk this in front of us. Then I pointed to a sandwich on the screen(which took up the whole screen) and said I would like that one, but he kept telling me that he don't know which one I'm pointing to. How stupid could he be that he don't know which one I am pointing to? He just wanted to be mean to his customers. I'm wondering why subway hired a person with no patience and such a bad attitude. I would never go to this place any more.
