Worst customer service experience ever! I've been to numerous other Chipotle locations and none of them even on their worst days compare to this Chipotle. The staff are so unprofessional and rude. I waited an unreasonable amount of time not even during a lunch or dinner rush to even get my food. The guy who prepared my food actually started laughing at me. I have a heavily customer service based job as a barista and I am excellent at my job and let me tell you I have a very friendly demeanor and a voice that projects but for the love of God this guy could not hear a single thing I said. He had to be deliberately trying to not hear me or was partially deaf and when I raised my voice so he could hear me he started chuckling like as to say who is this person, LIKE I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG! He continued this horrible nonsense for the entirety of making my bowl only to have it be handed off by an even ruder and even more unfriendly cashier. I've never felt so disrespected while ordering food in my life and I will never be going back!

Definitely too much food for one person. Taste is great but definitely don't feel great afterwards

I went there during their opening hours at 11:03 they didn't have any chicken prepared ,but still had a full line of people. I accepted an alternative Meal which was a steak bowl, the steak was cold and not prepared to the well done mark. I tried calling for a couple of days to speak with a manager but they do not answer the telephone I suppose.😡

The wait here tends to be long; a longer wait than any other Chipotle that I have visited. Order online for faster service. If you do order online, there is a good possibility that your food won't be ready when you arrive at the designated time. But, you'll only wait 2 minutes for them to make it instead of waiting in line for 15 minutes during normal weekday lunch hour. They tend to run out of chicken, causing a wait. The restaurant is reasonably clean. The friendliness of the staff is typical fast-food hit or miss.

Nice place but always a problem about me wanted extra rice i only want rice, chicken, veggie and cheese tells them ill pay for extra rice still its never reasonable amount. I gets looks like im asking for a limp
