This is a great bowling alley and fun place to hang out. It's right next to Case Western and University Hospitals so there is usually a fun crowd. They have good food, worth stopping in just for a meal. UH, VA, and Cleveland Clinic workers get discounts and special deals. I don't think there is anything for students, though.

I only give two stars because the space is really nice but the employees are rude. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. I came in and stood on line for 20 minutes only to find out all the lanes are reserved. Highly inefficient workflow, plus prices were ridiculous. I approached an employee to ask a question and he ignored me and my friend while staring at his computer screen the entire time. Luckily I found a nicer bowling alley about 10 minutes away with better prices and nicer staff.

This place is not worth the ludicrous price they charge for bowling. First off, they give us a lane that had a giant structural pillar through the middle of it so we had to find a way to bowl around it. Either the shoes were extremely worn or the floor was too waxed; the floor was so slippery my friends and I had to adapt our bowling techniques to prevent falling down. Bar service was garbage. At least 20 minutes of our game time was spent staring at the bartender's back while he did seemingly nothing. Overall we had a pretty bad experience which sucks because I used to like this place. If you want more of a pure, no-frills bowling experience go to Twin Lanes on E30th.

I was very dissatisfied with my bowling experience. I was with 2 friends and had purchased an hours worth of bowling. From the start our lane was experiencing problems. It would stop working and every 3 or 4 minutes the small lady behind the desk would go back and fix it. After the third time this happened we had already missed a significant amount of time waiting for the lane being fixed. We asked her if we could move to a vacant lane and she just replied,“ it’s how your bowling. We were not bowling in any unorthodox manner and If it’s based our level of skill it stopped working after a gutter ball and a after a strike. When we asked if we could have the time we missed added to our game she said, “time isn’t added to bowling.” After the 5th time she had to fix it we insisted this lane was broken, and she replied with attitude, “well I didn’t give birth to it.” Haha I can’t make this up! In total we bowled 1 game and then 3 frames of our second game before our time expired. The food was great, the others employees were friendly, but I truly hope this lady was just having a really bad day because if she treats other customers like this, anyone who comes in her path at this location will not have any desire to come back again! Bowling took place March 6th from 8:30pm - 9:30pm.

Worst experience I've ever had bowling. Their service is nauseatingly long and inefficient. The wood is slippery simply because the shoes are so worn out. The lanes are broken and register the score inconsistently. There are pillars between the lanes, so forget running down smoothly. If you are susceptible to seizuring, the lights flicker like no other. They don't have balls out for choosing so good luck. Lastly, they are expensive. Don't go here. Find a local alley. Enjoy yourself like you want to when bowling and skip this place.
