Went to subway to buy three sandwiches and was going to make one a meal. Only to have the lady working there tell us that Massachusetts doesn't accept coupons! Which is totally false I have never had a problem using a coupon in Massachusetts before. And when we told her you can use coupons in Massachusetts she just said that's what' my boss said. Needless to say she lost out on part of a sale today because we decided to not get a meal

Worst Subway ever, the lady at the counter was very rude and arrogant, we decided not to have our sub and asked her to cancel the order. She did not even care, kept swiping and punching on her machine, charged us and then threw the card on our face. We already reported to Subway headquarter this incident but such people are a bad name on such a reputed brand. I am never ever going there and going to spread this story.

The staff here was pretty rude with they way they went about things. No eye contact and they starred down at rheir hands, they didnt speak well english so it was hard to ubderstand when they were not speaking to me but at their hands. they were insanely stingy with adding things onto the sandwich. I asked for pickles and he put exactly 5 on my sandwich, I asked for extra and he added 2 more. So for my foot long sandwich I had 7 pickles. Now I know this sounds rediculous over that. But it was the same with every toping, where they sprinkled on just a tiny bit. Same went for my husband and every other customer after that. Out of all the subway places I have went. This place was the most unpleasant.

Typical Subway. Can be slow at times but ownership is friendly.
