This is the worst subway. Staffs are unfriendly and they are not willing to give you food. I asked for a chipotle steak wrap and I always eat chipotle steak wrap when comes to subway. I got two slices of American cheese while other subways give you four. I asked for more cheese and got one more slice. I was charged for avocado while avocado price is included in the price of chipotle steak wrap at other subways. And the server was very "careful" when giving avocado. Got one scoop of steak while other subways give you two scoops. Literally got three spinach leaves and two piece of onions. Since I asked for more cheese at beginning, I felt uncomfortable to ask for more food because I don't want to act like I was asking too much. To make things worse, the server was 100% aware how small the amount of food she gave me. She had a look on her face: this is what you get to make things fair, her facial expression was my opinion, but everything else above are 100% facts. I was so uncomfortable that I cancelled my order at the end. Then, an older guy, who seemed to be in charge, yelled at me. WHAT? WHAT? SAY IT! I said nothing and went to the restaurant right next to it.
This establishment deserves zero stars. It is by far the WORST subway i have ever experienced. Despite my first bad experience here earlier this year the one worker literally did not speak in complete sentences and did not know what reasonable proportions of toppings on a wrap looked like, i.e putting a literal a quarter-pound of cheese and then just 3 leaves of spinach I decided to give it another try yesterday. This second experience was even worse and has led me to write this review. I asked for a steak and cheese wrap and she said "no steak". Not a big deal, it happens, ingredients run out, whatever. BUT then when i asked what meats they did have, she wouldn't tell me. She just continued leaning on the wall and raised her arm in the general directin of the ingredients bar. Excuse me? Odd, but i went along and asked for chicken she justs grabbed a bit with her hands rather than using the scoop to properly portion the double meat that comes with wraps. To make matters worse, the worker didn't even ask if i wanted my wrap toasted and she just toasted it anyway. Who toasts wraps? And when i asked for cheese she put so little so I was like "....okay, could you please put some more cheese?" and she literally pinched two shreds of cheese, dropped it on the little cheese that was already there and looked at me like i was being a pest. I have never in my life had to walk out of a restaurant but i had enough. I left her with her half-made wrap and went to Chipotle where they actually treat their customers decently. The workers at this Subway NEED some retraining on how to make subs and customer service. Disgusting.
Owner is very rude. The store is not adequately maintained and does not appear to be very clean. I saw an employee drop a loaf of bread on the floor and put it back onto the shelf to be served to another customer. I would not order from this store ever again.
I had a not so friendly experience at this outlet. I went here in the morning and their staff looked annoyed. I was happy that my order for a veg sub was good!
All the workers are very friendly and they are fast. Love the cookies for dessert and they even have baked chips to watch your calories.
Missing ingredients and makes up their own prices. Very cheap with the toppings. Save the time and go to another subway.
I agree with some of the other reviews. This is the worst Subway ever. I ordered a sub and ate a quarter of it before finding a piece of bone in the chicken. Awful customer service.
Good place. Just that the Indian guy over Teheran sometimes charge you more than what you our purchased. You gotta be on the edge though...
Staff was kind. SUBWAY CORPORATE IF YOU READ THESE HIRE MORE WORKERS AND STAFF MORE PEOPLE TO WORK THAN 1 OR 2 AT A TIME.
Worst subway, definetly the most expensive subway I’ve ever been to and they don’t even have all the veggies and condiments. Don’t go to this subway , there are other ones down the street and down Craig
