bagels are mid but cheap!  Edit after owner responded: mid is four stars worthy! That's good! This is a positive review. Very nice employees too. I just miss my local bagel shop from back home

Always get good food here & staff is very nice. Only go there when I have a coupon so, I'm glad they accept them. Some other food stores offer coupons but then they're only good at participating stores. I don't go for that, if you're a franchise owner get w/the program. I don't want to have to worry which stores accept them, they all should if you want the business.

My go-to breakfast place. Typically fast. Everything looks clean. And their breakfast bagel sandwiches are great!

I had a pastrami sandwich on a good pumpernickel bagel. They have a lot of options. The pastrami was okay. My sisters love this place

I was there for donation of four boxes of bagels which I delivered to Auberle in Swissvale.

1 can't get through on the phone. No one picks up. Sometimes if I just pop in they don't have enough of the bagels I want, so for a long time I called them in advance and would stop by after they made more. Now they won't pick up the phone so it's a gamble to stop by. 2 at first I thought they miscounted, but the past several times I've ordered a "baker's dozen", I've only received 12. I'm not going to dig through the bag in the store to check, and I'm sure they count on that, because after so many missing 13th bagels it's hard to believe that it is not intentional.  The bagels taste better than their parent cos other offerings Einstein and Panera but they should staff enough to answer phones and shouldn't be shorting people a portion of their primary order to save the small amount of money a single bagel costs to produce.

Purchased a dozen of bagels a few days ago. They just wasnt fresh enough. The plain ones were ok, but the others seemed very dry. I've been eating bagels for years and on occasion when I pass this one will get a dozen. Mostly purchase at the downtown location. I think I will just get them in town. The parking is just awful. People parking all over the place. On a good note the people were very nice.

EVERYONE is super nice and cordial and take great care of their customers but Tubby Tubby Tubby. Listen here folks, not only was the bagel, turkey chipotle, heavenly but the angel that built it is an exceptional human being. Now, I don't say this lightly but, Tubby, give this woman a raise or so much praise that she will, literally, say "stop". Although it was a short process she put so much care and love into building of my sandwich that I tasted it. I highly recommend this location. Thank you very much for making my morning, even though it was raining, shine.

I've been to this location about a half dozen times in the last 6 months. The staff is always genuinely friendly. I went this morning for my free birthday bagel and everyone made sure to wish me a happy birthday. I can't say that a lot of other places offer the same customer service. This location is exceptional.
