Complete 5 Stars!! I’ve Been Here Multiple Times And Each Time Has The Same Experience. Clean Environment, Clean Food Station No Cross Contamination Or Toppings Mixed, Nice Vibe, Professional Employees, And The Overall Quality Is Top Tier I’m Very Picky And I Don’t Have Not One Complaint. I Will NEVER Go To No Other Location Because THIS ONE IS THE ONE!!! Best Manager Hands Down..Other Places Need To Go And Take Notes
This store is wild line out the door one person working, the other punched in and went out to his car. We been here 45 min the employee in the attached photo never came in to help at all. Jess was great verry helpfull considering she does all the work her self. If it wasnt for the non working employee i would have gave it 5 stars. Subway you need to send a real manager to this store.
Seriously do not order online from this Subway. I placed an order and they called me that they were out of meats and I asked to be refunded and they said they don’t know how to and I have to do it online. Well I looked online and the Subway website says that online orders cannot be canceled online and you have to deal with refunds in the store, so now I have to contact my bank to get my money back because the stupidity of this Subway. Thanks.
It says they close at 10 yet I get there at 9:40 and they had the doors locked already and stood there looking stupid instead of saying they chose to close early. The hours need to be updated if yall are going to choose to close earlier than the time it says on the website
Sandwich was cold, told me manager I didn’t want to burn the bread, bring it back tomorrow and I’ll make you a new one. Not with my autistic son that’s already hungry, No thank you
Ordered online and it came from this store. They forgot to put any cheese on either of the sandwiches in my order! Otherwise, fine.
They did not put proper things on my order and when I call they rudely said we are out of it nothing we can do and hung up on me but I paid my money!!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL……
Emma and her contemporary were very accommodating us being their last customers who walked in 10 minutes before closing they were very kind and forgiving. This kind of customer service is what will make me come back here.
Overcharged for 6 sandwiches, then when returned with receipt to dispute charges , owner was rude and argumentive. Will NOT be returning.
Wouldn't remake a sub that was made wrong. The app allows you to customize your sub, I shouldn't be told that they can't put lettuce or tomatoes with extra sauce, and made without onions or green peppers. Terrible experience. I will never go back to this one. Every other subway does it exactly how the order is shown on the receipt for a mobile order. 1st time ever having an issue!!
