So my family and I spent our time at The Ramble for a wedding party. The staff there was awesome and extremely accommodating. Everything was great. Phenomenal bar with a diverse and intriguing cocktail line up. The hotel rooms were beautiful. The wedding reception was at the hotel and they did another awesome job with the food, drinks, and great service. 10/10 will be going back again
My friend suggested we stopped in for a drink after dinner. Kanayda was our bartender and she was very friendly and made our time extra enjoyable. I think my drink was called the Cool Mile. It was delicious, it was very light and bubble. The lavender and lemon gave it a fresh taste. We hardly had any wait at all to get a seat at the bar. The crowed was nice, not too loud. The seats were comfortable.
We’ve traveled a lot, and this place made our favorites list! The staff were all wonderful, from the front desk to the house keeping. You can tell they enjoy their work AND interacting with customers which is so refreshing. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean, super unique and classy decor and furnishings. The Ramble was everything we hoped it would be and more! We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!
This is the hotel to stay at in Denver. First, they have the best staff of any hotel, hands down. Jess at the front desk went above and beyond to serve us, and Reggie’s cheerful greeting each morning at the coffee shop was top-notch and very personable. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we valued the luxury vibe and touches the rooms offered. The house-keeping staff would even greet you and wish you a great day. The in room offerings and iPad for service needs may it a breeze and relaxing stay. We have traveled all over the country and this was a 5-star stay
This place is so cool! The old but modern style really melds well, with a few bars located in the Hotel itself you get lots of options both inside and around the hotel. I really can't say enough about how nice the staff were as well, they went above and beyond every time. We will be back!!Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here the night after our wedding, and the staff were literally the most helpful I’ve ever seen. My wife got ready there, as well, and she says the staff took perfect care of her, going above and beyond. The room was amazing, with a very comfy bed and nice bathroom.
We stayed at The Ramble for two nights following our wedding-- we've loved our evenings at Death & Co and had dreamed of staying at the hotel, so we splurged for the occasion. They knew we were celebrating our wedding and so we were disappointed they didn't do anything to acknowledge it-- even a note would have been appreciated. Room service breakfast was tasty but my avocado toast definitely wasn't worth $18, and the $5 poached egg never arrived. We appreciated having snacks available for purchase in-room, loved having the French press, and liked the iPad features. All in all, our stay was nice but not worth $1000+. There are no amenities outside the room which made it feel a little bare bones. If that's a typical hotel price point for you, I'd say book away-- staff were lovely and the vibe is moody and romantic, and you can obviously get bomb cocktails.
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the Ramble, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tessa and the rest of the Ramble / Death & Co team went above and beyond to make our night everything we dreamed of. From start to finish, the event team exhibited the highest level of professionalism, communication, and care around the execution of our event. Additionally, we booked a small hotel block with Ramble hotel for our wedding weekend, and the service was spectacular. We couldn't recommend staying at the Ramble and hosting an event here any more highly. We can't thank each and every person enough for making our weekend so special!
A very hip & trendy hotel in a hip & trendy neighborhood. The decor is immaculate and having reservation access to Death & Co with the hotel stay is a plus. We stayed in a corner king and I added on the spirited package as a little surprise for my husband’s birthday. Room was very clean. The view was great and the weather was nice enough to open the windows for a few hours. Bed was comfortable and linens were soft. Hotel staff left a happy birthday note and a small bottle of champagne for my husband which was very thoughtful and appreciated on their part for check in. Thank you! Everything after that was kind of meh and a little frustrating, to be honest. The room was just a bit too tight for my liking as we just came from a trip up to Estes and had a few large bags. There are no luggage racks in the room and no closets so we just piled up where we could in the “hallway” of the room to try and keep the room more esthetically pleasing. I did acknowledge the square footage upon booking but it just felt so much smaller once inside. Bathroom has a barn door and no ventilation except into the room. Shower door vs toilet situation was a bit cramped for my liking as well. Had to ask for more towels, as there were 2 of us and only 2 wash cloths were given and I didn’t want to wash my face with the same one as my body and my husband needed one too. I didn’t see much online about the bathroom before booking. Was able to order more towels on the in room iPad and they came up in a timely manner. We found free street parking but the desk person told us our car would get broken into, so we paid for valet. After coming back from dinner and drinks we saw that the iPad in the room died and once restarted the link to the room and my name stopped working so we couldn’t use any hotel functions this way, including retrieving our car this way, as intended the next morning. Also, we couldn’t order room service coffee either due to broken iPad issue. There were no phones to call down, only the iPad and at the time we came in from drinks downstairs, I was already undressed and just simply didn’t want to go back down so I emailed from my phone to customer service hoping for a reset, but no such luck. It was 1am and I didn’t have high hopes for a response but still a bummer we couldn’t use the iPad when we woke up to order to the room or for check out and valet. I told the desk person at checkout about the iPad and she just said “yeah, that happens sometimes”. After leaving and getting the email receipt I also saw I was charged for a drink from the fridge that I did not consume but after the iPad, the valet and the all around disappointment in the lack of amenities, lack of response to my email and tight room I admittedly didn’t try to fight the charge. All in all, the hotel is cute, Death & Co is fantastic, the rooms are clean and very instagram friendly and it’s probably worth staying at least once. However, for the price there are almost zero amenities aside from looks and a very small mason jar of coffee grounds for a morning French press. Paying for luxury, esthetics and experience is fine but all I felt was frustration for my stay with a few cute photos and a hefty price tag at the end.
We were staying at the hotel , had to put our name down to access to the cocktail bar. They don’t prioritize people that are paying to stay there, rather welcoming anybody in there. Poor management, would not recommend .Rooms: 1/5
