Over the past year, I have been seeing Dawn at the Belmont office for pre- and post-surgical therapies on my shoulder and my hip. The transformation from having limited mobility and pain to motion that is pain free and full range has been very successful thanks to Dawn's expertise. She used a variety of therapies to facilitate my recoveries as well as helping me to stay mentally and emotionally enthusiastic throughout the treatments. Thank you Dawn and Summit for your great care and support!!

I would recommend Summit Health to anyone looking for physical therapy services. Time and time again after sessions I have felt renewed. Whether it was from sports injuries, concussions, chronic migraines or back pain, my problems were always mitigated. Lisa Charest and her staff genuinely care about your holistic well-being. You will always feel like the center of your care. They offer many types of top of the line care that can treat different aspects of your life.
Summit Health has changed my life and I am forever grateful for the care they have given me during the hardest times of my life.

I could go on for hours about how wonderful Lisa Charest and her staff Summit Health are. They have been a huge blessing to our family, especially my Daughter Sarah, who experiences Autism. Lisa has worked with her for a few years now and Sarah's communication, language skills, clarity of mind and peace inside her own body have improved tremendously. Thank you Lisa!!! XO! Alice

I can not say enough good things about the staff at Summit Health, where I'm receiving treatment for issues with my hands as well as aquatic therapy for my back. 

When I started receiving therapy for my hands, I had almost constant tingling in the ring and pinky fingers on each hand, and it had been that way for over 10 years.  Right now I have normal feeling in my right hand, and they are working on getting my left hand working better.

As I said, I'm also receiving treatment for a back injury I have been dealing with since leaving the military in 1994.  Things are getting better, but it is taking a while, but the staff is not giving up on helping me recover.

I can not say thanks enough for their dedication to seeing their clients reach full recovery from their injuries.

Lisa and her team are amazing at what they do.  They really care about the patient and have a wide array of services to help recover.  I highly recommend them.
