They have a monthly unlimited package that's worth every penny. Excellent staff, that does a great job each and every time.

On February 14, 2017 Sun Plaza Car Wash damaged my brand new chrome wheels by not retracting the Tire/Wheel brushes, which I had requested prior to sending my car through. While the car was going through the car wash, I observed the brushes scrubbing against the tires and wheels. I brought it to the attention of the managers as soon as the car was wiped down. The managers were cooperative, took pictures and referred the matter to the owners. I then wrote a letter to the owners. Without a response from the owners and three return visits to the car wash, it's now six weeks later and the owners have not had the courtesy nor the professional ethics to respond to my requests. MY ADVICE TO YOU: DO NOT RUN YOUR CHROME WHEELS THROUGH THE SUN PLASA CAR WASH IN ALBEMARLE, NC. .
