After we got our car back, we noticed the car charger was missing and that is was there before we went here. We call to tell them it is missing after getting our car serviced and washed. They call back because they were dealing with another customer who had their antenna stolen from there just recently. The voicemail said they looked at the cameras and do not see anything so it must have been vacuumed and that was it. They never apologized, offered compensation for it or anything, even after admitting that it was their fault our car charger is gone. And also, we had tissues and other smaller things on the seat that were not vacuumed up making us think about how it was possible the heaviest and largest thing was vacuumed but nothing else. It was clear they had an employee taking things and they were not pursuing it. I will not be going back again for the lack of customer service and for fear that more items will be stolen in the future.

Friendly staff, they will clean your car, but they don't really give a thorough understanding of what they do. I have salt and baking soda spilled on the floor board. I wad thinking they would have clean or vacuum it up.

Not what it used to be. My family and I have been loyal customers since 1969. No more the one on West end has zero customer service now. Got the 5.00 express wash due to pollen going be back in at least a week anyway. So me and Son decided to dry car off ourselves.  Which the managers here felt was a crime. We noticed most customers here are elderly and female. Which got full service package. Which the young men and women dry the cars for you. However this is a free country! Which I served 20 years in USN for so if I am able to dry my own car I should be able to. These arrogant managers told me if I didn't like the way they do business. I could take my business elsewhere. So thanks to slow acting city government in Salisbury who has finally realized we need a competitive market place approved more retail. We have Jimmie Cleans. So now after forty years of giving Sam's my business I have a choice bye arrogant Sam's you ain't got this Huckleberry anymore. It's a free country hope your expansion flops! Other cities beware Sam's ain't the company it was forty years ago.Jimmie Cleans has free vacuums and they let you detail car in bays so go where freedom rings! I know you lazy folks will keep supporting Sam's .But I can lift a finger til Iam a hundred I will. Cause it's America and I have that right!
