Can't imagine service being better than this. I called in the morning for a water heater leak...they were able to come out to the house that afternoon and made the fix for me in less than 30 minutes. I don't know water heaters - they could have told me the flux capacitor needed replaced - but I felt like they were honest with me about what needed to be replaced and what to watch for in my aging water heater.

What use to be a nice family run business has changed, they are price gouging their customers. They wanted $720.00 to replace an irrigation valve, basically 45 minutes of work. That equates to about $900.00 per hour. I had another plumber replace the valve and he charged me $150.00.
Do not do business with Sun Set Plumbing, you have been warned.

These guys are great. They've fixed a bunch of stuff on our 60 year old house. Use them.

They aren't up front with pricing and surprise you with a set pricing sheet when they show up that is easily %150-%200 more than any of the rest of the competition. They attempted to charge me $569 in addition to the $69 service fee to simply come to the house. I took there pricing sheet and looked up the parts I needed to find they only cost $70-$80. I called two other plumbing companies and was quoted around $200 for labor and the cost of the part. 
I was stuck with a $69 fee to simply visit and diagnose in less than a minute and sent him packing. I'm still going to save over $200 from paying that rediculous fee and going with another company! 

Avoid these guys like the plague! Terrible company! There pricing makes no sense! Flat rates for plumbing issues??? Better be a rich man willing to throw away $$$ if your planning on using these guys.

Great plumber!  Showed up on time for their appointment, was professional and courteous and gave me an estimate of how much the repair was going to cost.  I highly recommend them in Bend Oregon if you need a plumber.
