This is not a review of this particular branch...I had to close my account with SunTrust due to overall ineptness. Made a deposit and for a reason no one could explain, it was not credited to my account. I had no money for food, fuel or bills. One branch manager actually helped and hand delivered what i needed to the dental office I was working in on HER lunch hour, as we were not given lunch breaks. I had no $ for fuel and not enough to get home.

I had a fraud on my account so I went to this branch. I was amazed was the experience the manager Mark was AWESOME , he was on the phone for almost an hour with the fruad department  to get my problem resolved I love this bank and I highly recommend it to family and friends.

I have been banking with SunTrust for my whole adult life.  This branch is slow and clueless to all that is going on. It's sad this location represents a great bank. Just because of my experience with them today I believe it's time for a change. As well as my entire families accounts.

Suntrust closed the Deltona Blvd office in May. Now have to drive to this Orange City office and always have to stand in long lines like most of the other reviews mention. Was there this morning and was 12th in line. Three tellers behind the counter and only one taking customers. The other two were doing some kind of paperwork that should probably have been done prior to opening. After 15 minutes I looked behind me and another 15 people lined up. Finally finished my transaction and stopped at the managers office to voice my frustration. He could care less about
customer service or how this bank operates, is the impression I got from his responses. Guess he doesn't care how many employees are walking around chewing gum and drinking coffee while customers stand in long lines. Been with Suntrust Bank for over 30 years and never had poor service in a branch like this.
