They were very thorough and on time. Even came delivered a day early. They were always ready to answer my calls and texts. Love them. The office staff was excellent as well. Always answered my questions and if i had to leave a message they always called back right away. I highly recommend this company if you are moving either around state or out of state. I give them 5 stars.

Don't do it. Despite all the wonderful reviews here I am going to have to give them a zero stars review, Although the representatives were all very nice on the phone throughout the move they destroyed a lot of our belongings. Cherished, well taken care of furniture turned to splinters. Chairs split into pieces, upholstery slashed as if with a box cutter. Boxes crushed and torn completely on all sides. They made forty years of belongings into trash. Also beware, they will not insure anything you box. So the heirloom plates that were handed down from my wife's mother, gone, trash, destroyed. When the truck arrived they sent two day laborers from 'Labor Ready' temp agency. The driver ended up sending them home. They had never moved furniture and broke our front door within the first hour. My wife and her sister and the driver ended up unloading the semi. We will see if they pay for the damaged furniture. The furniture is not replaceable and we may have under estimated some of the pieces value. So another heads up. Insure everything for more than you think it's worth if you can't find out its value before your move. This has definitely been every homeowners worst nightmare. As harsh as this will sound, keep in mind, the guys moving your belongings probably get payed very little, they most likely don't own a house and really don't care about your cherry wood dinning set that was a wedding gift .If you can, hire a mover that does door to door in one truck. They come load it, drive it and unload it. They are very hard to find and the one that we were able to find, was far too expensive at the time. $20K! In hindsight, we should have payed it. It comes down to how much you cherish your belongings. These guys failed us.

I have been using Nova Express Movers for years, long before they became as large as they are now (well done guys!). They always do a great job during my moves, are on time, and are sure to be courteous and efficient. They have excellent pricing for what you get (I typically use a 20 or 24 ft truck with 3-4 men) and the man power, along with the fact that they pro-rate any hours they did not fully use - I would highly recommend them. I have done my fair share of moving throughout my 20's before buying a home recently and have turned to them every time because they can rarely be beat for pricing and I know that I can trust them to not only show up on time but to provide me with an efficient team of guys. I'd recommend emailing or calling them for a quote for your move to see for yourself. Thanks Sunway Moving and Storage for a great experience, as always.

They were wonderful! So efficient from letting me know when they were 15 minutes out to the hard work to get it all done quickly. Supervisor and the guys were personable , very polite and so nice. They even dealt with the hottest day of the year and having to haul a sofa up 5 flights that would not fit in an elevator as no worries we can do it!  I have moved numerous times and these guys were the best movers I have ever dealt with. Very reasonable prices also.  USE Them for your next move. You will be happy.

These guys are amazing! The representative over the phone helped expedite my process to keep me on schedule with my job starting date. They arrived ready to work and has the truck packed within a couple of hours. All my belongings made it on time and in perfect condition. This company goes out of its way to make sure your move goes as you planned. Thanks Sunway Moving and Storage, you've earned yourself a loyal customer in the future
