This crew is AWESOME!!! They moved us today and  did a wonderful job. They were cool and laid back but still very professional. We have heavy furniture and they did a great job of taking it apart and putting it back together. Nothing broke during the move. They helped us pack the remaining things we didn't have packed. They worked so hard. I highly recommend this company!!

Easily accessible during entire process via email or phone. Frank thoroughly explained how the moving would go and gave me the estimate based the information I gave. The movers were on time and got to work quickly. I used packing service, all boxes were marked and easily found upon arrival. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left. Highly recommend.  Great job guys!

UPDATE 12/15/17 The new office manager for thoughtful moving company has reached out to me and we have reached a resolution to this matter. She was very courteous and helpful.

The absolute WORST company ever!!!! DO NOT USE!!! Zero professionalism, inexperienced movers, were not able to complete the job, left holes in the wall and furniture outside. Did not provide further assistance or other options to bring furniture in and wanted to charge more to have other employees come out and take a look. Owner refused to call back after numerous messages and after to speaking with the co owner in Tampa. Did not refund money either and I had to call another moving company to fix their mess. Being reported to the better business bureau.

Great crew!!!!! Cornelius and mike were Awesome... we were quoted a reasonable price i picked the middle of the 4 quotes we received, the job took a little longer than expected which put up the price a little but to my defense we were way to busy to pack all the boxes, so the guy on the phone helped us out by adding extra time so the movers could help us pack boxes we couldn't..... i really appreciated them working with us.. moving is never easy, i didn't expect a perfect move but they sure got pretty close...

Excellent moving company. The guys were very pleasant, they moved my furniture with diligence and care. I needed them to get done in a timely manner and they were done before the deadline. I would definitely recommend this company as a top moving company in the area. Will definitely be using you guys again. Thanks Thoughtful Moving!!!
