Absolutely horrible experience. I was the only customer there. One employee was working around the store and another was asleep. The one who was sleeping got woken up to cut my hair. I wasn't sure I was willing to let her cut it by then.  She was shaking and jittery, like she was on something. She was hopping around like a jack rabbit.  I just stopped her mid-haircut and left.  They need to be friendlier and more professional. I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to in order to post my comment.

Horrible employee service. Came in today 2-17 at 3:45pm for a haircut. They said the wait would be about an hour which is fine. I had some other things to do. I came back after an hour and they were still doing coloring on the same two people. I figured it wouldn't be too much longer but here it is 6:30pm and still no cut! They are still doing color on the same two people. That's not all! throughout the time I've been sitting here about 10 potential customers came in would stand at the counter and not get acknowledged so they would either leave or sit down, get tired of waiting then leave. The phone rings they don't answer it, they're just gossiping away. I don't know how they stay in business. I mean this is ridiculous. If I didn't have an interview tomorrow I would have left a long time ago.
