RIP OFF!!!  Salesperson was OK, but kept forcing a B.S. product called "Autoguard" on the purchase.  This is a $495 SCAM!  It's not a tracking device etc., simply an ETCHED NUMBER put on the windows!  GOOGLE IT!  See for yourself!  He told me I wouldn't have to pay for it because he would take it off the bill...  IF YOU TAKE $700 OFF BUT STILL CHARGE ME $500, YOU ARE ONLY SAVING ME $200 OFF LIST PRICE AND I'M STILL PAYING FOR IT!!!!  It's just a B.S. way for the dealer to ACT like they are giving you a better deal than they are, as they laugh at the $2 etch job while holding YOUR MONEY!  

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT DOESN'T TREAT YOU LIKE AN IDIOT!

Let me tell you folks, this Saturday I enquired on multiple vehicles, at multiple dealerships, supreme was the ONLY dealership to pick a phone up and call me back withing 2 minutes! All the other ones, (not just here in Hammond) failed miserably at even getting back with me! (I found that odd) These people bent over backwards to live up to their name "Supreme", even came and got me at the house + a few other thing that needed to be handled! Absolutely everyone I met there enjoys what they do and are good at what they do. Sales team is a strong one, excellent since of pride in their work and conduct, they enjoy what they do. I was never pressured in any way shape or form, except for them finding out what they can do for me, and folks that's way it's supposed to be. The bottom line here is I would definitely, no highly recommend Supreme Toyota of hammond to anyone. If others would run their business like this they would probably sell more cars!

Do not buy from this place. They have the worst service ever. I bought a “certified” used 2014 corolla. I was only given one set of keys to the car and the one key I was given is a piece of junk. I’ve replaced the battery in it, and I still have to push the lock button 20 times before it locks the car or unlocks it. The reason I was given one key is because they only had that key for the car. The girl who sold me the car said she would order another key and let me know when it was ready for pick up. I’ve asked several times for my second set of keys and everyone there acts like they don’t know what I’m talking about. Also, now 2 years after I bought the car the A/C no longer works. I took the car there to be checked, and they said I need to replace the evaporator. Which costs $2,000!!! Wish I never bought from this place.

I bought a Camry from them years ago and got suckered into purchasing their maintenance plan. After four years of service, I can honestly say I will never do business with this dealer again. First off, the buying experience was very off putting. The salesman was saying whatever he could to make the sale go through. I needed a car so I went ahead and bought one from them. I also bought the maintenance plan which was really a big mistake. I had a flat tire one time and had to pay for the replacement tire out of pocket. It wouldn't have been a problem except that it took FOREVER for me to be reimbursed. Another time, after I got my car back from routine maintenance, I smelled something like mildew coming out the a/c. I had my father in law check (he use to be a mechanic) and he said the air filters were beyond the point of needing replacement. Other times, I have gotten my car back with low fluids. The only good thing worth mentioning is Ray in service who took care of the many issues I've had to go through, but that's it.  NEVER AGAIN.

I was due for a tire rotation. I received very fast service. They have nice, courteous customer service representatives. Plus free hot tea and Wi-Fi  while you wait. I will be returning soon for a oil change. Thanks Supreme Toyota
