I found a used car that they had posted on the Car Gurus app in Covington, LA.  I called and inquired about the car and Daniel Green gave me all the information about the car I wanted to know. Since I'm from Dallas, purchasing the car presented a challenge. He worked with me over email, text, and phone and held the car for me for three days until I could fly to Louisiana to look at and test drive the car. It was everything that he said it was and more. They worked with my credit union here in Dallas and I was able to get all of the paper work done on the same day that I got there and drove happily off the lot with the car of my dreams! By far it was the best car buying experience that I have had, Honda of Covington rocks! Thanks Guys!

They're friendly, service is quick, and the waiting areas are clean. They have a kids play area that muffles noise which is great for babies.  
Roberta was wonderful, going out of her way to try and find the item I wanted. Then when they bring my car around they always pop the trunk/open the door for me to make it easier to stick the baby and my stroller in.

BEST car shopping experience to date. Earlier in the week I had a extremely horrible experience with another dealership and called Covington after. They were understanding of what I had gone through and ensured it wouldn't happen with them. A BIG thank you to Daniel Green, who got the exact car I wanted to the dealership and tried to the best of his ability keep the car until I got there. I was so excited upon arrival that the car I wanted was actually still there and waiting for me! TJ then took over and helped me with the remainder of the process. Very respectful and easy to work with! These two made my car buying experience great! Will recommend to anyone in the market of buying a new vehicle!

I had a great experience with Paul at this dealership. I stopped by to look at the inventory and I didn’t plan on buying that night as I was just beginning my search and was nervous after hearing about how grueling it is to buy a car. I was fully prepared to walk out at even the slightest bit of rudeness from a salesman. I told Oscar (I believe he was a sales manager?) what I wanted and he informed me of a new trade in that just came on the lot. The vehicle wasn’t even cleaned inside yet but I requested to see it and drive it, which they let me do. He sent Paul Montoya out to help me and Paul spent HOURS with us that night after closing hours. While we haggled with the finance department - and make no mistake, haggling is still required with even the nicest sales crew - I got the car I wanted at the price I needed, plus an extended unlimited warranty. While we did the paperwork Paul had the car quickly cleaned so that I could take it home that same night. He even told me I could come back Monday to get a deeper clean done, which I did do without any issues. As I waited, Paul and I chatted and he answered all of my questions about my new car. His service extended far beyond just selling the car and then washing his hands of me. I’m very satisfied!

Had a real easy car buying experience here. I was helped by Mr Paul Montoya and Mr Ricardo Herrera. Both were super helpful and great to deal with. Turns out Paul knows a couple relatives of mine... small world! I went to every dealership in the NOLA area, and am happy I ended up at Honda of Covington. You will be too!
