Husband had been searching for a truck that met his requirements. We had been looking for a few weeks when we stopped at Supreme Ford. He found what he was looking for with a few unexpected extras. Ricky Frazier came out to speak with us & brought keys for a test drive. He did an excellent job of answering questions & taking care of the necessary paperwork. It was a short & simple process that didn't take much time at all. Everyone we encountered here was friendly & courteous. We would definitely recommend Supreme Ford & Ricky Frazier to anyone looking for an awesome deal on a great vehicle!!

I drove 110 miles to this dealership with my father in law to look at a 2006 f150 with 103,000 miles. The salesman was a young guy trying his best to make an honest sale. On immediate inspection I realized that the photos posted online were strategic to avoid showing damage to the vehicle. The driver's side fender was severely dented up by what appeared to be someone's drunken tantrum, the driver's seat had a huge hole patched with box tape, the center console had two dime sized holes, the engine was filthy and showed signs of abuse/negligence, the odometer was completely blank, and the top of the cupholder was completely loose and coming off. I test drove the truck anyway hoping these issues might figure into a cheap buy on a repairable vehicle. The truck drove decent... in 2wd. The moment I tried to shift the truck into 4wd the major issues started. The shifter was incredibly stiff but when I finally got it to move into 4 Lo it engaged and popped so hard it felt like a car behind us gave us a "love tap." As I drove in circles around an empty lot it felt like we were dragging the inside rear on either direction of turn. The popping continued with the same severity when repeated in 4 Hi and low in dirt on the edge of a sugar cane field. We returned to the dealership and to his credit the young salesman tried his best to address the issues reasonably and steer towards a possible negotiation. After asking for a bottom line he went inside to discuss with his sales manager. The sales manager sent the young salesman back outside with the obvious task of obtaining a beginning bid price from me. After watching me politely avoid any discussion of price the sales manager then walked outside and began trying to feel us out using small talk. I guess he figured the kid was blowing a sale. We briefly discussed the issue with the 4wd and the SM got into the truck, cranked it, and directed the young salesman over for what I thought was a question of how to engage the 4wd. The young salesman approached the passenger side to see what his boss was asking and the sales manager got out of the truck furious and said, "That's not what I wanted. You're on your own. Good luck!" and promptly stormed back into the building. The poor young salesman ran in behind him to see what he had done wrong. At that point my father in law and I looked at each other and said, "Time to go." We loaded up and left shaking our heads. I might expect idiocy like this from some crappy used car lot but this is THE Ford dealership in this particular area. I hope an owner addresses the problem with the sales manager because the young salesman did nothing but try his best the entire time. They've got one hell of a mess on their hands at this dealership but it wasn't the kid causing the problems. Good luck Corey. Get out of that place while you can brother.

I go on the lot 3:49 pm was out there until 4:16 pm no one came out to greet me. So I go to get into my vehicle another person pulls up. Here come a Sales Person says to this person how are you? How can i help you? You never know when your Blessing is right in front of you.
