From start to finish my car buying experience was excellent. All who helped me, and the staff at Rainbow Northshore Buick GMC, in general, were very helpful and friendly as well. When trying to decide on which vehicle was best for me those who helped me were able to answer all of my question and take care of my needs. It was comforting for me to see the level of professionalism, competence and confidence they all had. I was also happy with the ease and hassle free nature of my visit. I was able to get everything I needed in a quick and timely manner. This has not been the case in other dealerships I've been to. I would certainly go back there again in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family as well as anyone looking to buy a new car.

I cannot say enough nice things about Brandon Williams, JR Bravender, and the entire team over at Rainbow Northshore! You guys were awesome and extremely professional throughout the car buying process. After shopping around for days, I can honestly say that this dealership is on a completely different level compared to the rest. I absolutely, 100% recommend Rainbow to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Eric is a great salesman, he’s not pushy at all and very patient. He listens to exactly what you’re looking for and does his best to make sure you get your Best. The Service Dept. Is awesome . It doesn’t matter when I go to service Dept. They always take care of me and I greatly appreciate it ! Continue the great work guys , y’all Rock !

Got a great deal on a Toyota Highlander from Anthony. I really like the low key attitude of the staff. I didn't feel pressured in any way to spend more than I wanted or purchase unnecessary extras.

Our new truck purchase was a positive experience. Our salesman, Darren, was honest and straight forward and he answered all of our questions with a no pressure sales approach. I will definitely recommend Rainbow Northshore to family and friends.
