Rooms were nicely renovated. Floors new. Kitchen stove top needed some TLC but otherwise very nice room. Manager was very sweet

I lived here from August 2017 to May 2018.  The only reason we moved into the complex was for the price, their pet policy, and the fact that they said that this place is going to become gated and landscaped.  In addition they were transitioning from a hotel to apartments.  This never happened which means you cannot open a local bank account, obtain insurance, and anything else that requires a residential address.  Up until April of 2018 the management headed by Trilar allowed it to become very trashy with a lot of drugs.  After the new management company took over a lot of people were kicked out and it has been a nice quiet place to live.  But, it is still a hotel with a lot of unfulfilled promises.  Also, this place is in a not so great part of the city.  There are two extended stay hotels across the street that are havens for drugs and prostitution.  Also there is a halfway house that causes significant problems including burglary and car break-ins.  If you don’t have high expections, high needs, or valuables I recommend.  Note, there is a part-time residential manager who literally does nothing except be there.  Get everything in writing.  Expect many inspections.

I would not give that trashy place even a star. I agree with mostly every review here. But yes I figured there was rug trafficking involved there, many times strangers come knock at my door at night and dusk. I could not barely close my eyes after that happened. 
The place has trashes everywhere and dogs poops. 
Unable to get mails, I feel pissed that the previous manager who was there when I moved on October 2017 told me that the office would close till 6Pm, and that there would be someone in the office on Saturday, that there would be a fitness center, and everything is well and safe.
All lies about things that will be done. Run away with your money don't go there to rent.
Yes like someone mentioned above, you don't get your refund of deposit, many things already outdated and the paints on the walls start falling as soon you move in, error on my part I did not take pictures, and I wrote it on the leasing checklist and I did not keep a copy for myself. Now I don't get deposit back., on $35 out of 400 dollars.
That new manager is rude, talked down on me, and told me that I need t professionally cleaned the place when I moved out, and charged me for their paints that was not stable. 
Lied about not giving them a 30 notice and charged me for remaining days.
The refrigerators does not keep stuff that cold, does not stable to cook a proper meal for 3 hours without shutting down, no microwave. 

The Wi-Fi is sucked, and so the cable. Be aware of the washer, and dryer machines, they keep your quarters and does not wash the clothes or whatever you put in. 

Bad management, even the corporate does not communicate well, and their leasing agreement all lies.

Terrible place. Running it like an apartment but yet it's still a hotel. Then when you move they hold your mail because businesses do not allow a change of address. The office staff is rude, and very unprofessional. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemy. I'm so glad I moved away from the bug's, and drug trafficking they allow.

I love the fact that this place is transferring into apartments which means we don't have to leave every 28 days. We pay rent to live here. Also it's a very quiet place.
