I am a happy repeat customer. Swan's has moved us locally, stored our entire household goods for six months (at less cost than self-storage), facilitated an out-of-state move and guided us through a small, under 1000 pounds shipment over the last 2 1/2 years. Each encounter was handled in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Jeff and Dan helped ease my moving stress each time and delivered Swan's services in adherence with their cost and schedule estimates and without loss or damage. I feel very fortunate to have selected Swan's Moving and Storage.

Moving is never fun but Swans (Bellingham) and Prestige (Bend) did just what they said they would do. The packing was well done, the loading went quickly and the delivery was on time. We had no problems communicating with the driver re the schedule. Only reason for four stars is that we had a broken dresser handle, probably due to the inexperience of the helpers doing the unloading. They made a mistake but it's easily fixed at minor cost.

From the initial phone call to the move of our growing business, it could not have gone smoother. I was highly impressed with the level of service they provided and you can tell they are pros and have their systems dialed in so you don't have to worry. I highly recommend them!

Swans helped us move last month. They did a great job from start to finish. Very professional and prompt-hard working crew. We priced other movers, they were less expensive and we had a great experience.
