Do yourself a favor and avoid this overpriced once upon a time decent chain. Here is why:  Wanted to eat healthy - ordered a custom buffalo chicken bowl. Little did I know that I was going to eat chicken that was burnt to a crisp. Can’t believe they would actually serve this to their customers. Tried one of the chickens from the screenshot - felt like I was eating coal. Not to mention the half bowl of salad that I was charged $14.50.  I used to order from sweetgreen at least a few times a week. There is a reason that’s gone down to once in a few months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this overpriced chain.

This place has become my new regular lunch spot when in SF for work. Clean, fast, and quality food. Big shoutout to Miguel for bringing such positive energy and passion each time I see him - he's awesome.

This location sometimes forget adding ingredients. It happened to me twice they didn't add chicken for on-line order.

As a visitor to the bay area, I really enjoyed the healthy bowls here. In particular I can recommend the mushroom based bowl, for any vegetarians!

I like SG and glad they opened but 2 out of 2 times I got completely wrong orders. Staff is disorganized and doesn’t seem to know their own stuff.Takeout: Yes

OMG this place rocks... Love the harvest bowl and in general what ever they got.

So good and convenient! The pickup area is super easy to navigate too
