My experience..... let me start off with.... it was excellent! Staff greeted me as I walked in my son's bike. The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. His recommendations were spot on. I am returning Monday for pickup in the evening. This may not sound like a big thing, but to a working father it means a lot. Now I will be my son's favorite Papa for all least one more day, LOL 😁

Exceptional service, extensive product knowledge, the best brands, and amazing personalities come together to make SBR something special. These fine folks always help me get what I need to get out and ride. This is what a bike shop should be like.

I always enjoy stopping by the shop just to see what they have on the floor and chat with the staff and customers. Great people and a great shop.

I purchased an older used bike on Craigslist and have been riding for about 2 months when I "broke" my bike's rear deraileur.  The guys at SBR found the problem was caused by a bad shifter cable - not the apparent bent derailleur and fixed me up good as new for a very fair price.  I was very pleased with the experience and I'll be back for any future needs.

Excellent. I call one day and asked them if they could take a paddle off my bike. They said no problem come on in. They help me is 5 minutes. I also bought a handle bar extention that they put on. They were so helpful and nice I will definitely go bad. Everything is now set up perfectly on my bike.
