Can't exactly take a look throughout the store without the employees staring at me as I browse. Lots of options to choose from but hard when service cant take their eyes off you. Ill find better service elsewhere

I am a DIY homeowner and I called a few time about renting multiple pieces of equipment over the past 5 years. Each time I was treated like a 2nd class citizen when I asked questions about the equipment and rental times, etc. Very, very, very poor customer service. Learn some basic manors and treat people with respect. Go to the Ellwood City T&M, and you will get a completely different experience.

A little higher prices than most hardware or big box stores but local and convenient. I had one bad experience when renting a tool. When we got the tool home, it did not work. Took it back to get it repaired, got it home, didn't work again. Took it back to get it fixed again with success. Problem is they charged me for the time we had it out while broken (all in the matter of one day) and didn't give us any discount. So we ended up having to pay for a 2nd day to just use the tool for a few hours.

Dave, Jay and Mary Ellen have a great team in Harmony.  They know their regulars and treat everyone well.  They carry a wide selection of hardware, grills, still power equipment and carhartt clothing. Also, Rv supplies, large fastener section and the seasonal things you may need.  Their rental department is great. Fair prices with reliable equipment.

They had a BIG broadcast on the local news 2/2/2015 about how T&M is the only place that has not run out of salt for the roads, etc for 20-something years. Even the manager was helping with loading" they said in the interview. Manage giving the explanation about how they just try to help their customers and the community. Really? That same day my 8-month-pregnant daughter-in-law with a 2-year-old in tow had to load her own propane bottle into her pickup truck! Person fills the bottle that hold 30-lbs of propane), instructs customer to go inside and tell the cashier how much propane was put in the bottle and pay. She does this and comes out to the bottle sitting on the ground at the back of her pickup? What kind of service is that? Ridiculous! Was it the manager that filled the bottle and just left it sitting at the back of her truck or an employee?? Many stupid things I just let go, but this is ridiculous!
