Wish I could give zero stars for my most recent visit. The salesperson (a young kid) and the manager were rude. The salesperson couldn't answer my questions so he got irritated with me. When I asked him if I was irritating him his attitude got worse. The manager was of no help at all and seemed to not want to help me either but felt obligated to. At that point I was already telling him I would go do business elsewhere. Worst experience ever at T mobile and I have been a customer for over 5 years. I called customer service and guess what?!?! They answered my question in 2 seconds. Along with taking my complaint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience was ok the first time I went in I was helped by JONATHAN GARCIA. There was a bogo going on with iPhone 8 I told him I wanted the iPhone 8 Plus I told him on both. They didn’t have them in the store only one plus but not the one I wanted. He ordered them online. I paid for both. The phone took 3 days for me to receive. Finally got them one was right the second one was a regular 8 instead of a 8 plus. Today I go back he knew he ordered the wrong one so he tried to fix it. Tells me he can’t do nothing that I have to pay the 50 dollar re stock fee but that he is going to waive it but that I need to ship it then wait for T-Mobile to send me back my money then get the phone. I did get upset because I could’ve ordered the phone my self. So I told him why can’t change it in store etc over all he then said I got it wrong that it was my fault that I told him I ordered the iPhone 8 not the plus. Jonathan made me so upset I will never go back to this store I rather call to order or online. I had to call 611 to get this resolved but since it was ship I have to ship it back then get the right phone. Now I won’t get the bogo due to a so called rep not doing his job. I had to go back to the store so the rep can get his side. I walked in to the store one gentleman greeted me I told him in here to speak to Jonathan and jonathan just glanced away when he was finished with the couple he was helping he didn’t even say nothing to me. The rep had to get his side Jonathan then lied again to the rep and I had to say in a loud voice that he’s lying. After a while Jonathan told the rep he takes responsibility that he did the order wrong. It had to come to that for him to step up and own his wrong. I will never come to the store due to someone like this. Also not once did a manager helped or tried to fix the situation. Worst experience ever.

Honestly they are the worse tmobile I have ever been too! The two Managers (Abraham and Adrian) are super nice people but still can't help you out. Not only can they not help you out but speak to you like you're stupid. This is the fourth month in a row I've come in because they are overcharging us 274 dollars and all they can do is tell us that we have to pay the bill instead of telling us why they are charging us over 200 dollars on our bill!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They not only make you wait forever as they interrupt one another in their sales, but they also give you super misleading and confusing explanations. For being in the middle of almost nowhere they are super busy and understaffed. Absolutely terrible.
