It has been nearly impossible for us to get prescriptions from this pharmacy. Last year we couldn’t get a prescription when our daughter was ill but thought it was a supply issue. Now we have been trying for over 24 hours to get a different prescription transferred to a pharmacy that has the medicine in stock but this Walgreens continuously keeps us on hold and hangs up and won’t transfer the prescription after being contacted by the other pharmacy. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody.
My meds were out of stock at Walmart and it was taking them a long time to get back to Walgreens to transfer my script. The pharmacy tech on the phone made it his priority to keep bugging them until they transfered it. He was super friendly and had a wonderful attitude.
The pharmacy service at this location has declined tremendously. Our prescriptions are constantly getting held up for one reason or another and the pharmacy never follows up. Prescriptions also take much longer to fill than prior to the pandemic.
The pharmacists and salesclerks are always friendly and helpful. If you order your prescriptions with their app on your cellphone or online; you can pick them up at the drive thru.
My suggestion, DO NOT use this pharmacy.
Not open 24hrs. Grrrrr
