Before even walking into the store, download the in-store app. The customer service there has always been top-notch, but the app is much faster and I don't have to talk to a human. Great store

Everything went well, but when I had to ask the guy who has been helping me he was kinda "busy" so he told me to ask another associate. This turned out to be a crackhead irrigation plumber who was there as a customer. Stick to thumbtack. Their contractor pricing plus the install is a steal. Shame on home Depot for letting a veteran have to ask from help from a cracked out customer
