HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! When I enter the store no one said hello or i’ll be right there. I was in the store for a long time and they were helping new customers that were coming in. They completely ignore me! The guy that help me out was really rude! Did not clean my screen protector. Had an attitude! I will never go to that store again! They are horrible at customer service!!!! 

If you want good service I recommend the T-Mobile store in alderwood mall. They are friendly and helpful.

T mobile is great however the employees at this store ONLY want to help customers that are new to T mobile because they can make commission on them. They always refuse cutomers who went there to pay bills or other billing problems, customers that needs explanation about their bill and any kind of problems other than taking a new phone out. They even force you to leave the store if you are not going to sign a new contract or buy a new phone. They are totally unprofessional.

Gene was rad. Super helpful on the phone, promised to do my phone upgrade in 10 minutes. Once I got to the store it probably took less time than that and he did a great job explaining things to me. Well done.
