Place is super close to where I live its a damn  shame the owner dies not care about service. Every time I go to print something i get a different price than the last time I went in. Almost like he is just deciding on a whim how much he wants to make that day. 

The last and final time I will go here I arrived 5 mins before they closed. The girl at the register was ready to take care of me until owner shows up and says the computers are down. I rush home through traffic after a long day at work to get these packages sent and he cant stay open until closing even though he is the only UPS in all of Seattle that closes at 6 instead of 630 or 7. Big surprise.

This place is ran on a professional basis. Employers are polite, and very knowledgeable in their work duties. My profession takes me places all over the world, and when I want something sent to me, or handle my business aboard these folks handle my business with no futher due.

They were really fast. In and out in like 5 minutes.

I went to this store on 12/09/12 about 5pm to send a fishing pole to Colorado. It was already boxed-up and ready to go. The guy told me it would be $22.40 to send it UPS. I told him that I was going to take it to the Edmonds P.O. to save some money. He told me that if I left it there he would send it via USPS and would charge me the exact same price. ($15.80) but no confirmation. I needed confirmation so I took it to the Edmonds P.O. the next day and they charged me $9.40 with confirmation. I will never go back to this store again!
