They went beyond just helping not only get the perfect phone for me but also helping get the most comfortable plan and accessories. I came Edmond Verision Store for updating  sister's phone & mine.
The Manager, Joseph, he is the best best worker.
He spent time very long to explain to us whatever we asked  for using an new phone.
I'm 100% sure back to here again if I need update to change New one .

Really great place to purchase your phone! Great customer service and patients to help set up the phone. I got great amount of help from Ashley Choi and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone! She was very nice and was willing to help till the very end of opening a new phone. Thank you so much!

I have too many good things to say about this place. In all my years of working with Verizon and experiences with customer service...I have NEVER EVER been treated so wonderfully by an associate, as Jung did with me. Jung is a gift from God. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different phones, plans, and services. I walked in, in a huff, not knowing what to expect, at my wits end with my old phone and walked out a completely new person!! With one of the best phones on the market as well as more money in my pocket. I don't know how he did it?? A wizard some may say...but I say nay. Just an overall outstanding employee doing his duty to Verizon and to the fellow woMAN. I will ALWAYS come back for my phone needs. NO ONE is as capable as serving me as Jung is. I applaud you Jung, I stand and applaud. You sir, are more of what this country, no, world needs. You are. Thank you and this is a pretty dope phone! Super happy with the Pixel 2! Don't look anywhere else! Go to this store now! I promise you, you will not be disappointed! :D
