Repairs and troubleshooting team at this store are tops!  I have a Samsung Galaxy Note  that I have been told me to throw out because of issues.

But team at this store identified the issue. I brought part from  Amazon and they replaced the part for $30 within 2 hrs of drop off.

I am a huge believer in good customer service.  Although it bothers my family when we really want something, if we have a bad customer service experience, I will leave without a second thought. 

Not a problem with this Tmobile store!  I found myself with a dead battery and no charger, far from home.  I walked in and had no intention of buying anything.  I simply said I needed a fast charger.  Jose immediately jumped and plugged my phone in without a question. 

My husband and I have recently been tossing around the idea of a wearable phone option for our son. So, while we waited, we looked around.  When we asked, Jose walked us through what to expect and had us out the door in 15 minutes with something we really think he will like, and a 47% charge on my phone!   Great customer service and a friendly face mean a lot to people like me, and today I just want to recognize that this place has both.  Thanks!

An amazing group of people!!!!!! Always looking to help a new member of the tmobile family! They went above and beyond to make this customer happy! So glad to be a new member of the tmobile family! Thank you guys for making this change easy friendly and fair!!! Well Managed and staffed!

Best customer service experience with a cell provider in years. Made the switch from sprint, and Sky took care of my fiancé and I and made the change easy and pain free. Very impressed by his customer service and friendliness. Happy to be with a provider that seems to genuinely care about the customer!
