The staff at this location are the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent employee's/management that I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased a Mophie case and IPhone 8 for my child for Christmas. At no time was I informed that the new IPhones can only use IPhone headphones and therefore headphones cannot be used with the Mophie case due to its Android charging port. That you would in fact have to remove the case to use! What's the point of a case if its not on the phone. The staff knew it was a gift for a teenager. They also knew I have an android and know nothing about IPhones and/or their accessories. Incompetence! My son went to the store to return this case on Jan 2nd. The staff member told him they could not allow him to return it because his name isn't on the account. That myself or his Father needed to come down. So his Father drove all the way from Dighton, seeing an over the phone conversation wouldn't be adequate enough for them to do the return even though my son had the receipt, just to give the okay in person. They then proceed to say after all of this that they couldn't accept the return seeing it had passed the 14 day return policy. It was a Christmas present! They knew this when I purchased it. He opened it on Dec 25th and tried to return it on Jan 2. They simply did not care and were very rude to my son and his father . The case was $100.00... They didn't bat an eyelash... The manager was the worst of them all.. I will be filing a formal complaint against the store and the manager. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This is unacceptable behavior by a company.

Depends who is working. If get a bad sales person go the next day. Varies. Bought 2 new Samsung s8+. One was broken out of box. Girl wanted to charge me $50 for restock. So I left. Next day new girl did exchange gave me credit on bill and $22 cash back due to coupon. Makes a difference. Just like others state. Depends on who you get.

DO NOT come here terrible customer service, they talk to you like your nothing but horse (you know) and they treat people with no decency or respect. STAY AWAY

Terrible customer service, employees are NOT friendly or professional at all. Added things to my account without asking about them, uncomfortable environment and all around bad experience. Avoid if possible.
