Terrible. Worst customer service ever. Called ask one specific question the stupid chick say yea come in and we can help you, which I'm sure since she is Hispanic did not understand what was said. But I get there and they tell me I have to go to Apple. They are not helpful calling 611 is more helpful than them. Weak ass store. Need some people that has knowledge of their product instead of the key pointers of the sale. Not helpful after the sale. Don't waste your time. Sure go pay your bill there that's probably all they know how to do.

Went to T-Mobile on 9-20 around 7:30 and waited for an hour and finally left Because they were doing to much talking amongst them selves and not trying to help the customers. The worst experience ever. Never will I go back to the horrible place again. Customer service sucks they need to retrain them or hire all new staff.
