These guys charge me $60 per month more now than a couple years ago. Service remains the same. DSL hasn't gotten any faster. I gave two stars instead of one since my service is pretty reliable.

One of the nicest ATT stores I've been to. Always very friendly representatives. They sometimes have a wait, but they are always working quickly to get to you. And once they do get to you, they always seem to be able to help you out in a very quick and efficient manner.

The only thing to be weary of is that they do get a lot of foot traffic. If you are going here to buy a specific device, it doesn't hurt to call in ahead of time to ensure availability.

I've been with att and direct TV for a few years now, and it had gotten ridiculous that you have to be on hold forever, or dropped off the call or transferred from department to department has no clue what they are doing all these things have happened and I grew up when customer service was more personable. Which is why I hate the way customer service is being run now. I guess it maybe more of the bigger companies I'm not sure, but corporate from at&t are very disconnected with what's going on with their company. Considering they are advertising friendly customer service you would think that would monitor a lot better but clearly they don't. Also why don't they have a 24 hour call center for customer service a well issues don't take a day off it's ridiculous if I can find a better phone company I surely will leave because att has gotten their ass on their backs w made then from waaaay back in the day if we really want to we could break them. 😡

Not only a Greedy company, but this building is alot like the windowless building in the center of Manhattan! not a lot is know about what is done on the upper floors of this building! Most likely used to collect our most personal information!!

I would like to say this I have been a good customer for a long time with AT&T for well over 7 years but the stuff that I deal with from employees who work for AT&T it certainly was not fair even dealing with being called racist names and I spoke to a guy named Mark Mosher he said that he was a representative for the Dallas office later finding out that he is nowhere near me he's in another state with the initials of MO which is the abbreviation for the state last I checked this is nowhere in Texas I am so tired of being lied to by representatives of AT&T it is not fair they had the audacity to tell me that I owe them $800 for U-verse TV internet and home phone and then also said that I owe them $250 search for a cell phone I just do not think it is fair with the various issues that I've dealt with including maintenance issues and even being treated like s*** by employees I do not deserve it I am never paying AT&T anything's because I deal with too much I even had an employee you tell me she was going to call the police on me simply because she did not like my tone of voice I've never been back to that AT&T store since to be exact the Camp Bowie store in Fort Worth Texas I've never been back
