I received poor customer service today. I requested some paper samples of resume, parchment, and linen for a project to compare before purchasing an entire sheaf. This was refused saying they could only provide one sample unless the other paper types were needed for a specific job. I said that I would pay for 5 black and white prints of nothing on each paper type in order to have the samples. The answer was a flat no from the manager through the ear phone and the manager would not come speak with me in person. The employee said they were very busy and did not have time for my request. There were about five customers in the entire store. I considered this very dismissive and rude. The experience was off putting as a whole. I hope that the ownership considers that future business is built on customer service, not simply having products in a building for sale. I offer two stars rather than one for the fact that the employee gave me a sample of one of the three requested paper types free of charge, in order to get me to leave.

The customer service was top notch. I was looking for a hard to find cable for my phone and they were sold out. However, the salesman informed me of the instock date and if I needed it sooner, I could order it online and pick it up the next day. I highly recommend this location.

The service is fine the problem is there's only one person on the entire floor helping out. Shame.

The employees were especially in the ice and was willing to work with us on what we needed done they were able to explain everything that we had to do love the customer service I would recommend this place and go back
