The two who helped me at this store were absolutely incredible. I called with an urgent problem, they said to bring my laptop in so they could take a look...twenty minutes later my problem was fixed, and they didn't even charge me for it!! Unbelievable service, friendly faces. I would trust Experimac with my equipment any day of the week. Well done, guys.

Whenever I have a computer problem, I hit these guys.  They're frank, courteous, knowledgeable and--in all three times I've gone--incredibly quick.  Their prices are neither too high or too low--industry-standard.  I recommend them without reservation.

***update*** 3 star rating bumped up from 1 star. Thank you for offering to take another shot at it. I’ll bump it again if my visit is pleasant. The screen repair was good and the price was fine.

I cracked the screen on my iPad Mini 3 and took it to Experimac to be repaired. The tech verified that everything was functional before starting the repairs.  All buttons were working perfectly.  

I received a call a few hours later saying that my iPad was ready but the fingerprint sensor no longer works.  His explanation was ridiculous.  He said that the sensor was actually broken from the drop but that the iPad didn't recognize that it was broken.  It only recognized that it was broken when they reattached the battery after the repair.  I told him his explanation didn't make sense and he said "that's how it works".

I understand that this is a very delicate procedure and that the ribbon/cable is often damaged during the repairs.  I would have gladly payed to replace that as well.  Just don't try and blow smoke up my a$$ and say it was already broken.

Experimac, if you respond, please explain your diagnosis in detail.
