Great Customer Service, as usual with T-Mobile. Short wait and greeted at the door. Store was clean and parking was available. Prices could still be lower.

This review is for this particular store not for T-Mobile's phone service. The staff at this store are generally easy to work with and answer questions that we asked. One thing that is very frustrating is their Wi-Fi. We Ben exchanging phones o e often needs to update or transfer I formation. That is best done on Wi-Fi. Their Wi-Fi is so slow it takes hours to do things that should take minutes. That's definitely not the fault of the staff but it is very annoying.

Amanda was fantastic.  She answered all our questions,  helped us find solutions and was kind as well.  She is now our go to TMobile rep!

When Blake was the manager of this store Joel the assistant manager and Calab worked their this store was second to none in customer service. I never had a complaint. 

Since Q has taken over as a manager I have dealt with nothing but errors and lies. I have spent the last month trying to take my complaint to the District Manager. Customer Care says the store has the info to contact him and they have to provide. The store says we don't have it but we will request the district manager contact you. Here we are a month later and I have yet to be contacted. 
 
Stephanie & Q gave incorrect information on an account. They did not transfer the line as requested. Instead they opened a new line with a new number. They took the leased phone and traded it in as a credit for a new phone on the new account. Now they are telling me I still have to pay for the phone and accessories. Q agreed it was a mistake that should have never happened but stopped short or taking responsibility. Told me to contact customer care and have the phone and charges adjusted off. and he made note in the account. Customer Case says they store has to fix that we can't. I go back to the store and their advice is file a police report stating the phone was stolen. Which one the phone wasn't stolen and two they knew they phone was leased on my account when they traded it in on the new account. And T-Mobile has verified they are in possession of the phone they are wanting me to pay for.  

I have been a customer for over nine years but apparently that doesn't matter to them. It's been a month and they still refuse to be accountable for their mistake and fix their error.
