Mikinzi, is the manager at Verizon, on 12th Ave. In Nampa, Idaho. She has been so helpful, kind, & patient with me. I am 71 years old, so I am not very savy, when it comes 2 trying 2 get my" smart phone Please continue about Mikinzi - so when it comes 2 trying 2 get my "smart phone" 2 cooperate with me, as U can see, it baffles me!! This is absolutely the best Verizon store in Nampa Idaho. Mikinzi Mike Matthew and David are phenomenal. They've helped me with all my phone questions and didn't try to upsell me. If you want fantastic service in a timely manner this is definitely your store.
