this is THE WORST PLACE! go to any other place but this one, we stopped here last week to add a line to our plan and get a phone, they told us the phone came with a case and screen protector. Come to find out they charged us 80 dollars for it!  when it was time to print our receive they told us that the system wasn't working but that was jst to hide the big scam!

This place is sorry. I went here to pick up a replacement phone and was shocked they were attempting to transfer my data over 
Wi Fi. Are you kidding me? I know this is not a corporate store, but not having any cords to transfer between two phones is just inexcusable. I waited here two hours to have my data transfered then found they did not transfer everything over, avoid this place at all costs.

Today I visited t-mobile store which is located at 6181 Livingston Rd, Oxen Hill, MD 20745 and I experienced the most horrible customer service in my entire life.  I visited the store to see if I could change my data plan but instead of sticking up with t- mobile I returned my new phone and just left the plan. Me and my husband were with t- mobile for more than 3 years. We just switched our plan from t- mobile to at& t only because of bad customer service. I don't want to spend my money where I don't even have the right to ask questions or to be disrespected. If you visited that store please expect the worst customer service.because I wasn't the only one who experienced this.

Absolutely horrible service...they tried to get my to pay for my phone when I tried to upgrade to a newer phone with the jump in demand. The guy who helped me was disgusting overly flirtatious and seemed like he didn't know how to do his job. Very shady this business is....I still can't believe they tried to con me into buying my trade in phone. I went to another t mobile and I paid $4.80 for my upgrade with the jump program for the galaxy s7 edge. I didn't have to buy out my old galaxy s7. If you can go to another tmobile. Common thieves these people are.
