Went to purchase a phone while T Mobile was offering a special  buy 1 get 2nd free S8 for holiday sale. We greated the sales rep clearly in English. He then responded to us in Spanish which was rude, but we took it as a small mistake, let him know we don't speak Spanish,  and not to speak to us in that language, kindly laughed it off and we proceeded to ask questions about the sale. The rep began telling us about the Samsung special and mid pitch, started helping other customers in front of us. 3 minutes later he returns to continue his pitch. He picks up where I assume he left off in Spanish, once again. We remind him that we don't speak Spanish and that what he was doing was extremely rude, and not to do it again or we were going to walk away. He apologised and then tried justifying his rudeness by saying "it's because we look "spanish"".  What exactly does spanish look like? We are from the caribean. Litterally no such thing as looking spanish. He continued on about why it was okay, and we told him dude, speak to us in a language we understand. 

He then apologized in English and then went right back into Spanish. It's like he couldn't stop. We turned around and started walking away and he begged us to stay. Which was needy, desparate, and annoying to say the least.  At this point uterly irritated with this bozo, he begins giving us the financing information for the phone and details for the deal. When he finally realized how irritated he was making my old man, he finally started telling us about the important details of the sale, and provided us with his personal number in case we wanted to buy the phone on a holiday and that he would take care of us. He handed us a business card. We started walking away and he began asking us why we wouldn't buy the phone from him today, if it was the Spanish thing, basiccaly begging us to buy the phone. We ran out of there in a hurry. Sales rep was extremely rude and rich with assumptions.
