T-mobile? Worst carrier ever. This store? The same thing. We got charged extra 300$ by adding two lines to our family plan, and nobody in this store or customer service could be able to even explain why. They were arrogant and talked nonsense. So guys, don't bother coming to this store unless you want your concern unheard and problem unsolved.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called to ask a question about phone availability and the guys professionalism was non existent. I ask are you out of this item and he goes yup. Well okay then? How about offering a little information of when you think you might be restocked? What does this guy do instead? He hangs up. Service was a total joke.

Clean store, friendly staff but clueless about their plans, roaming and services. You have to do your research online and come prepared. In that case, T-mobile, get rid of thr staff, just keep a self-service kiosk instead of wasting resources. People are either not trained or doing it intentionally. Either way very sad service!

The managers here know their stuff but I had the newbies helping out both visits. Reasonably happy with my interactions, but couldn't get them to budge on activation fees. :P
