I usually don't like to write a bad review. I understand no one is perfect, but I had the worst experience at this store. 
I went to do a Live Scan and everything was okay at first. The clerk inputted my info in their system, which took about 30 min, but then when they started the fingerprints, the machine kept asking to redo. The other clerk asked if my fingers where greasy, which I didn't appreciate. Why would I bother doing finger prints with Greasy Fingers. At the end the clerk told me to go to the police station, because they would have a better machine. I wasted about 45 minutes to an hour at this store. I decided to go to the UPS at Town and Country on El Camino and Embarcadero. The clerk was very helpful, fast and professional. I was out, with no problem, less than 20 minutes. I regret not going here first.

It took 20 minutes to process my package to Puerto Rico because I couldn't get the clerk to understand that the contents was 4 pieces of silk fabric.  (She didn't know what silk was, and had to re-do the entire order because she listed it as "soak fabric" even after I spelled it for her.)  She couldn't fill out the customs form (yeah, to Puerto Rico) and kept telling me that the contents didn't fit any of the required descriptors on the form.   On the positive side, this store now has a computer for customers to print documents in-store, which is helpful, if expensive.

I order a print online, got the confirmation, everything. When I call the store just to make sure things are good so I can head there to pick it up, I am told they don't have to accept the job, that they wouldn't do it. Hadn't I called, I wouldn't even have found this out! When I start to question why they offer the service only, the attendant hangs up on me. I call again, they hangs up again. I then try to contact online customer service and they tell me a lame story that the store can't pick the job because they don't have the right (STANDARD!) paper size. Horrible, horrible service, very disappointed with UPS, they should keep a high bar service but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I've had a mailbox with this store for some time and am so happy. They always have my packages prepared and give them to me quickly even when they're busy. I also used them for a notary recently and they helped me understand what I needed to bring in to get it processed. I love the employees at this location. The negative reviews must be from years ago before the new owner took over.
