We miss Sally, wish she was still there. If she was still there we would give a five star. But that's in the past.. The other reps are mostly petty good. We did have one problem with a girl telling us about deals on accessories which turned out to be untrue and we're still paying on them like a year later. Hey mistakes happen, I'm not going to get all butt hurt over it but I didn't appreciate it but that was one isolated incident. Its a nice store with all the newest phones to try out. It does get busy regularly so expect a wait especially on the weekend.

It is a great place great cell service great customer service.  If you are looking for new provider check them out. And they work in wv.
