Thumbs Down ! I took in my girlfriend phone on November 6, 2016 to get her new phone activated . I told her my Girlfriend was sick and she was unable to do it in person. I ask the sales person to activate the phone . The sales person refused to do it. I aslo ask the sales rep to call my Girlfriend to confirm it was her phone and she refused At that point 
I told her forget it and took the phone out of her hand and left. I do not understand why they can not do this when some one is sick and unable to come in on their own. They want your money and sell you a phone but no customer service. AT&T lost her old phone and all her contacts in the mail and could not find her phone in tracking. She was inconvenienced from the start. I guess its time to contact the Attorney General office, These phone company's jump when you call a Government Office !

When I come across good service I like to announce it. Well, last night I went with my cousin Nancy to the AT&T store at Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD.
She was greeted by a service tech named Chris. He was VERY helpful and knew his phones and everything about the devices. He spent about an hour with her and as we drove home we marveled about how rare it is now days to find service techs that really know what's what.
Salute to you Chris and I hope your supervisor hears of this !
