Needed a new sim card for a new phone and was greeted by a nice tall guy. Sorry I didn't catch his name. We had to wait for others to finish up with the only 2 guys that were at computers. No biggie, it wasn't packed and I don't really mind waiting. When it was our turn, we got Justin. He was already preoccupied with his OWN phone and stopped helping me several times so he could reply to his messages. He tried to put the sim card in but didn't know how, so he told me "by all means" and handed it to me to do myself. Once I handed it back, he began to put the tray back in the wrong way. He finally got it, and told me to make a test call. I did, and the phone worked. He continued to look at his phone and then type on his computer as I made the test call. When I told him it worked, he never even looked up. He said have a nice day, but he was pretty rude and preoccupied. Even the tall guy came up and asked him "personal?" pretty sure he was referring to the texting he was doing. 
I usually go to the Ayers location near SPID. I'm always out of there quickly and the people are very nice. But we were closer to this location. Won't be back here.

Bad customer service, disrespectful employees,  took them 2 months to give me a refund that I paid cash upfront and in store. Never experienced such bad service,  do not shop here.

Friendly store employees. Knowledgeable. We went in and bought a new IPhone 7. It was a quick transaction.
