T-mobile made a mistake when changing my rate plan and I had to pay for it even though they admitted the fault was on their end and I did everything correctly as a customer (I changed plans online AND went into the store to make sure the change would go smoothly). When it didn't go smoothly, they were not helpful in resolving it, both in person and on the phone. Disappointing treatment of a loyal customer.

I went in to activate a phone from another carrier. The 2 women that were working did not know what they were doing. They told me the phone was locked and I needed to unlock it. I had previously been told at another location that I would have no problem activating it. I accepted their answer and left disappointed. After further research I found out that I shouldn't have had a problem. I took it to another location and it was activated in like 5 minutes no problem!! Very disappointed at the level of knowledge and service at this location .

The sales associate Cameron handled everything in a quick and proffesional manner as a few computer problems came up within their system. Also, some technical issues arose with my phone itself, and another tech associate named Jared came in and knew exactly what to do to sort it out. I hightly reccomend talking to Jared if you have any type of technical issue,the guy went above and beyond to help me out 👍

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! The employees do NOT know what they are doing! For example, I was switched over to paperless billing in August of 2015 WITHOUT my KNOWLEDGE or CONCENT. A FRAUD. Other times, I went into this store which I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at, and they would NOT help me, I was given 4 different answers to one very simple question that the T Mobile store next to Jasons Deli very easily answered. NOT a corporate store, meaning they do not care about retaiing you as a customer! I would NOT advise ANYONE to EVER even so much allow their shadow to gaze upon the doors it is that bad. NEVER have I seen customer service as HORRIBLE as I have here! And TMobile online has also been bad. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here provides the best customer service in Corpus Christi!!!! 5+ stars!!!! Wait time is very minimal and they go above and beyond!
