Horrible service. Wasted over an hour at this place. If you are already a T-Mobile client don't waste your time stopping here, call 611 or go to a different store.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have had many excellent experiences with reps at this location. It may depend on who you get - luck of the draw. So far all good for me.

This is probably the most disappointing T-Mobile location I have ever visited! My husband's phone has been acting up, so we went ran in to this location to see what our options would be. Basically, the store associate removed his otterbox, looked at his phone, and asked the guy next to her what she should do. He took the phone from her, and proceeded to tell my husband to take it to "Bulbs + Batteries" to have his battery tested. Seriously? If you know the issue is with his battery, but there's no indication of physical damage, why wouldn't you process a warranty replacement? When he asked about JUMP! Which we've paid for since he bought the phone brand new almost 2 years ago, he was told that in order to JUMP! he needed to either replace his battery or go home, charge his phone himself, and come back later. The employees at this store are rude and lazy. Not professional at all. Employees like this make T-Mobile look bad! We definitely won't visit this location again.

Terrible experience when I go to this location. Everytime I walk in, none of the employees will acknowledge me. I was there yesterday and I only needed to pay my bill. I literally stood there, in the middle of the store, for 15 minutes and there was 2 workers, both females with dark hair, not one of them acknowledged me. They both had one customer, which I understand, but the employees were yelling at each other because they couldn't figure out how to help one of the customers. I had to walk out because of how unprofessional those employees are.
